LIFE Nimbus participated in the sixth edition of the EcoSTP Congress with a poster presented by Oriol Casal, project manager of this European project. This was a magnificent opportunity to publicize this initiative that aims to promote the circular economy through the generation of biomethane from sewage sludge and power-to-gas technologies and its use as a sustainable fuel for public transport.
Discussing the latest technologies for a sustainable transition in wastewater treatment and reuse is the purpose of this new edition of the EcoSTP international congress. A theme that fits perfectly with the objective pursued by LIFE Nimbus.
For this reason, Oriol Casal was one of the 220 speakers who participated in this congress with a poster-type presentation. It reflected the project purpose, the methodology and the expected results to design, build, and operate an ecofactory, working with power-to-gas technology and producing biomethane for public transport.
Thus, LIFE Nimbus contributed with its contribution to value wastewater in the current context of drought and climate change in which we find ourselves, an aim pursued by this congress that brought together researchers, technology providers, engineering consulting companies and utility companies.
